Value of Eggs for Building Muscle Mass
Most body builders whose aim for building muscle mass is top most priority rely on eggs for their protein needs. The egg whites contain no fats at all. The egg yolk, although containing 5grams of fats has only a very small proportion of saturated fats on it. Eggs are probably the most complete source of amino acids needed for the building muscle to recover after a very intense workout as it contains all the eight essential amino acids which are Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and Valine. These amino acids cannot be produced by the body itself but they must come from food sources. Eggs happen to have all of these, and that is why almost all body builders never leave eggs out of their daily diet.
Aside from cooking it steamed, fried, boiled or bake, the good thing about eggs is its versatility to be incorporated into almost any dish you would want to have. You can have it daily in as much as your body needs it for muscle growth.
